Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is connecting Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvns with top-tier hospital contracts in Lowville, New York.

Qualifications:

• Current New York Lpn/lvn License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 to 2 years of recent Long Term Care/chronic Care experience

Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvn Contract Details:

• $1,296 - $1,437 per week*
• Weekly pay
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 36 hours per week
